Regina Mitchell serves as a Graduate Enrollment Coordinator for the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences at Baylor University. She works with a team of coordinators to implement innovative strategies that shape enrollment goals. In her day-to-day work, Regina supports the recruitment and admissions of students to online graduate programs by being available for daily correspondence and participating in events for prospective students. Her commitment to clear communication and student-centered service helps future health and human sciences professionals take confident steps toward their graduate education.

Regina is a proud Baylor alumna who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Master of Public Health in Community Health Science from Baylor University. She is a public health professional and educator with a strong commitment to health education, student mentorship, and advancing health equity. Regina also serves as an adjunct lecturer in Baylor’s Department of Public Health. She is dedicated to creating engaging learning environments that empower students to make informed decisions and advocate for their well-being. In her free time, Regina enjoys staying active through regular Pilates classes, arts and crafts activities, cooking, attending weekly Mass, and spending time with family and friends.
