Norma Sheppard serves as the Office Manager for the Office of Advising in Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences. Norma graduated from Holy Cross College, located in Notre Dame, Indiana, with a Bachelor of Arts. Previously, she worked as a Graduate Enrollment Coordinator for Robbins College as well as the Hispanic Outreach Program Navigator for Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley. Before moving to Waco, Norma worked as the Bilingual Phone Operator for the Abriendo Caminos non-emergency mental health helpline at El Puente Educational Center. She enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband Bernard, daughter, Amaia, and son, Isaiah.
