Norma Sheppard

Norma Sheppard serves as a Graduate Enrollment Coordinator for Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences. Norma joined Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences as a Graduate Enrollment Coordinator in March 2025. She works with a team of coordinators to implement innovative strategies that shape enrollment goals. In her day-to-day work, Norma serves to support the recruitment and admissions of students to online graduate programs by being available for daily correspondence and events for prospective students.

Norma graduated from Holy Cross College, located in Notre Dame, Indiana, with a Bachelor of Arts. Previously, she worked as the Hispanic Outreach Program Navigator for Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley. Before moving to Waco, Norma worked as the Bilingual Phone Operator for the Abriendo Caminos non-emergency mental health helpline at El Puente Educational Center. She enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband Bernard, daughter, Amaia, and son, Isaiah.
