Mike Laschombe

Mike Lashombe serves as an Academic Advisor in Baylor University’s Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences, where he advises students in Communication Sciences and Disorders, as well as Health, Kinesiology, and Leisure Studies.
Born in Rochester, New York, Mike spent his teenage years right here in Waco. After attending McLennan Community College, he continued his education at The University of Texas at Austin, earning a degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.
Prior to joining Robbins College, Mike spent more than 11 years as a Senior Career Advisor in Baylor’s Career Center, helping students explore career paths and prepare for life beyond college.
Mike is the proud father of three daughters, including two Baylor graduates. Mike is Married to Kerry, who has been a teacher for over 30 years. Outside of work, he enjoys giving back to the Robinson community through serving youth athletics and volunteer service.
