Katherine Hudson joined Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences in March 2025 and serves as the Assistant Director of Marketing Strategy. In this role, she develops enrollment marketing strategies for graduate programs and coordinates implementation across academic programs, Graduate Enrollment Management, and Marketing & Communications. Her work includes websites, email, digital advertising, recruitment, video, print, prospective student outreach, market research, and performance analysis. Katherine also serves on Baylor University’s Staff Council and the Robbins College Scholarship Committee.

Her professional interests include consumer behavior, enrollment strategy, marketing analytics, and the use of AI and emerging technologies to better understand student decision-making and improve recruitment efforts.

Originally from Herndon, Virginia, Katherine graduated cum laude from Christopher Newport University, where she studied History, Political Science, and Museum Studies. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing Analytics at the University of North Texas.

Before joining Robbins College, Katherine served as Associate Director of Financial Services Communications at Baylor University, leading communications for financial aid and student accounts.

Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending time with her husband, Robert, and their cats. Her hobbies include reading, creative writing, video games, and going for walks.
