Francheska Garcia

Francheska Garcia joined the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences in January 2025. In her role as Research Support Specialist, she assists with the submission and development of grants for Robbins College faculty, ensuring compliance with both university and funder requirements.

Before joining Baylor, Francheska earned her PhD in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio, along with an MS and BA in Psychology from Texas A&M University–Kingsville. As a first-generation college graduate and South Texas native, she strongly values education and the opportunities it can create.
