Carley joined the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences as the Graduate Enrollment Manager in December 2023. In her role, Carley creates and maintains infrastructure to advance recruitment and admissions efforts for graduate professional programs. She manages daily correspondence with prospective graduate students, trains support staff, and evaluates recruitment strategies to increase enrollment.
Previously, Carley served as the Coordinator of Admissions and Student Services for Baylor’s Diana R. Garland School of Social Work (2020-2023) and as the Administrative Associate for Admissions at Baylor’s George W. Truett Theological Seminary (2015-2020). Prior to coming to Baylor, she managed a small business in San Diego, California where she was born and raised.
Carley earned both a BA in Literature & Writing and a Single Subject Teaching Credential in English from California State University San Marcos. She enjoys cooking, baking, cake and cookie decorating, and playing Dungeons & Dragons with her family which includes her husband, Conrad, her son, Killian, and her sister, nieces, and nephews.
