Callan Chappell

  • Graduate Enrollment Coordinator

Callan Chappell serves as a Graduate Enrollment Coordinator for the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences at Baylor University. She works with a team of coordinators to implement innovative strategies that shape enrollment goals. In her day-to-day work, Callan supports the recruitment and admissions of students to online graduate programs by being available for daily correspondence and participating in events for prospective students. Her commitment to clear communication and student-centered service helps future health and human sciences professionals take confident steps toward their graduate education.

Prior to joining Robbins College, Callan served as the Admissions and Recruiting Specialist for the Baylor School of Music, where she supported undergraduate students through campus visits, application steps, and the audition process. Before that, she taught elementary music in Leander ISD near Austin, Texas.

A proud Baylor alumna and Waco native, Callan earned her bachelor’s degree in Instrumental Music Education. During her time at Baylor, she marched in the Golden Wave Marching Band, toured with the Baylor Wind Ensemble, co-taught OSO Musical, and studied abroad in Salzburg, Austria—diving into Music Theory V and the History of the Holocaust. She also taught private flute lessons to middle and high school students in the greater Waco area, mentored high school drum majors with SASI Leadership, and performed with the world-class Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps. Outside of work, Callan enjoys paddleboarding, crafting, organizing (yes, organizing), and staying active through PowerCore Pilates and Baylor F45 classes. At home, she loves spending time with her husband Patrick, their dog Decker, and their cat Demy.
