Request to Change to the Child & Family Studies (CFS) Major
Requesting to Change to the Child & Family Studies (CFS) Major for Current Baylor Students
Students may only change their major to CFS and be admitted into the CFS program during the designated eligibility period, and only at the end of a full semester (fall or spring) through the 5th class day of the following term.
Currently, students may NOT change to CFS. Please see detailed eligibility period information below.
Eligibility begins December 18th, 2024 when final grades are posted.
To change to HSS, current Baylor students must meet the following criteria:
| Child Life | 2.75 cumulative GPA |
| Pre-Occupational Therapy | 2.75 cumulative GPA |
| Child Development | No minimum requirement |
| Family Life Education | No minimum requirement |
