Krysta Long
Assistant Director of Graduate Enrollment
Krysta Long, M.Ed. joined the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences as Assistant Director of Graduate Enrollment Management in December 2023. In her role, she builds communication plans, assists with Slate implementation, and oversees the communication strategy implementation. She also partners with the Director of Graduate Enrollment to help build and nurture prospective student pipelines locally and nationally and provides guidance on recruiting events and outreach on the Baylor campus and with external parties.
Previously, Krysta served as the Program Manager for Recruitment and Student Services for Baylor University’s Garland School of Social Work (2017-2023). Prior to coming to Baylor, she coordinated all services and staffing of McLennan Community College’s recruitment and admissions call center. Krysta is a native Wacoan and has given back to the Waco community by previously serving as a LEAD coach with the Waco Chamber of Commerce and currently as a board member for Historic Waco.
Krysta earned a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Arlington and a M.Ed. in Student Development and Leadership in Higher Education from Angelo State University. In her spare time, she enjoys being a tourist in her home city, thrift shopping, reading and spending time with her daughter, Jaida.
