Request to Change to the Public Health (PH) Major

Requesting to change to the Public Health (PH) Major for Current Baylor Students

Students may only change their major to PH and be admitted into the PH program during the designated eligibility period, and only at the end of a full semester (fall or spring) through the 5th class day of the following term. 

Currently, students may NOT change to PH.  Please see detailed eligibility period information below. 

Eligibility begins December 18th, 2024 when final grades are posted.

To change to PH, current Baylor student must meet the minimum GPA requirement of 2.75.
