Request to Change to the Public Health (PH) Major

Requesting to change to the Public Health (PH) Major for Current Baylor Students

Eligibility Period:

Students may only change their major to PH and be admitted into the PH program during the designated eligibility period. Admission into the program occurs only at the conclusion of a full fall or spring semester, after final grades have posted, through the 5th day of the following term. Please review Baylor's Undergraduate Academic Calendar for this semester's dates.

Criteria:

To change to PH, current Baylor student must meet the minimum GPA requirement of 2.75.
