Request to Change to the Public Health (PH) Major

Requesting to change to the Public Health (PH) Major for Current Baylor Students

Students may only change their major to PH and be admitted into the PH program during the designated eligibility period. Admission into the program occurs only at the conclusion of a full fall or spring semester, after final grades have posted, through the 5th day of the following term.

Currently, students MAY change to Public Health. Please see detailed eligibility period information below: 

May 19, 2026 – August 31, 2026

To change to PH, current Baylor student must meet the minimum GPA requirement of 2.75.
