Graduate Enrollment Manager

Caelie Terrazas joined the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences as a Graduate Enrollment Manager in August 2024. In her role, she creates and maintains infrastructure to advance recruitment and admissions efforts for graduate professional programs. She also manages daily correspondence with prospective graduate students, trains support staff, evaluates recruitment strategies to increase enrollment, and serves as a direct point of contact for enrollment coordinators.

Previously, Caelie worked in Baylor’s Office of External Affairs, where she executed community relations work on behalf of the university and oversaw the Leadership Plenty Institute (LPI), a leadership development program designed to enhance civic engagement and strengthen the skills of Waco’s community leaders. Caelie’s notable contributions to LPI include establishing the LPI alumni network and forming an alumni advisory board.

Caelie holds a BA in Corporate Communication from Baylor University and an MA in Strategic Communication and Innovation from Texas Tech University, along with certificates in Inclusive and Ethical Leadership and Advanced Social Media Practice. She is an enthusiastic Waco native, deeply invested in building strong community resources. She serves on the boards of the Hispanic Leaders Network and the Waco Civic Theatre. She also volunteers as a certified Leadership Plenty Institute (LPI) Facilitator, and mentors' first-generation college students through Baylor's Adelante program. In her spare time, Caelie enjoys supporting local businesses with her husband, Eric, and spending time with their dogs, Pongo and Yoda.
